Find your problem
When you register, the system sends a verification link to your email. Check your email, then click the verification link. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
Please note: Only your verified email can reset your password.
If you can't reset your password or get the error "ERROR: key not found!" when resetting your password. This means that your email that you used to reset your password has not been verified.
Resolve this issue in the following way:
- Contact us here! with Subject "Cannot reset my password"
- Describe in detail the issues you are facing
- Send your message
- First you have to login, or register to create an account
- Click the "Browse all items" menu to find the product you want to buy. You can also go to the "Premium WordPress Theme Download List" page to find all the themes, or go to the "Premium WordPress Plugin Download List" page to find all the Plugins.
- On the single product page, click the "Purchase" button, make a purchase until it's finished.
- You will be directed to the purchase details page and can download the file there, or go to the "Download History" page in your account.
- Do not forget to give a rating on the product you have purchased.
Go to "Download History" page in your account.
Go to "Purchase History" page in your account, you will find all your purchases with Payment ID.
So far we have never encountered any "Download link not working" issue. But maybe this problem can happen, if the download link doesn't work or you can't download the file, please contact us. We will fix this problem, temporarily, we will send the download file to your email or we will refund.
If you have problems, for example; You purchased a WooCommerce Plugin, but you got the Elementor Plugin file not the WooCommerce plugin so please contact us. We will replace it with the correct file.
You don't have to do anything. Plugins or themes can still work normally without having to use a license key. This plugins and themes only require license keys to get automatic updates or support from their authors.
If the plugin/theme still doesn't work or requires a license key to work, you can go to the Complaint page to resolve the issue. You must read and agree to our Refund Policy.
You must download the update file on gplgood.com. Themes/plugins must be updated manually, do not update themes/plugins automatically.
To update themes/plugins, you must install and activate the "Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades" plugin on your site. Please follow the instructions in our "How to Update" article.

You can also go to the "All Updates" menu to check for updates and download them from there.

- Download the latest zip file for your theme from the "Download History" page

- Go to Plugins > Add New
- Click the “Upload Plugin” button at the top of the page
- Select the zip file with the new plugin version to install
- Click the “Install Now” button
A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This is because the theme download package on ThemeForest includes additional files to the theme such as the documentation, license etc.
To solve this simply unzip the theme package you downloaded from GPLGood and upload the themename.zip file which is included (with the file being the name of the theme).
If a Theme or Plugin is not working due to a bug issue, this is an official error or crash from the developer. We do not support bug issues.

No, we do not change the main functions of our products. The products work perfectly, they are products downloaded directly from the official developer.
Please note: Every digital product or software may contain bugs, we do not have the authority to handle bug issues with products. So, please wait until their official developers fixes it with the release of the new version.
Some products may require license activation to work, therefore we may make minor changes to product activation functions if required. These are only the activation part functions, not the main functions.
